Dr. Asher, recently I signed up for business coaching, the specific goal is working towards starting my own (online for now) private practice. It wasn't until after I made the first payment and I was directed to a private facebook group that I saw any kind of statement about "do the work, be anti-racist." I'm a little uncertain about what this might mean in terms of how this coaching is going to go. Especially seeing at least one post after yesterday.
At this time I plan to continue to participate and get what I can out of it. But I am apprehensive. Do you know of any therapists (besides yourself) or professional development groups that might not be riding the Critical Theory train?
